Excellence and tradition combine with cutting-edge technologies in the textile sector and a new clothing concept comes to light. The cultural and social values of the “Spenser”, a typical jersey jacket produced in Pettinengo (province of Biella) from as back as in 1882, were carefully safeguarded as we made it suitable to modern consumers and the global market. After analysing the values and peculiarities of the original Spenser, we redesigned its functions to meet the three different lifestyles and mental attitudes (i.e. consumer types) that you can find in the concept of territory. A Strategic Design operation to communicate the excellent quality characterising Biella products from so long ago, as only history can testify.
