Event part of the Torino World Design Capital 2008 calendar, Theseus, set up in Piazza Castello (Turin), is the image of the man who finds solutions. The installation consists of a labyrinth of mirrors articulated over three thematic paths (Knowledge, Innovation and Creativity) to introduce Biella's textile district as a system (Training, Research and Industry). Ubik's background music accompanies the visitors also suggesting that design is a way out of the “labyrinth/crisis” to recover one's own identity. |
